So one week in...can't do too much exercise but changing my eating habits has led to a 2 pound loss! I am making up my grocery list that includes lots of veggies and fruit and whole grains. Of course, I have to include interventions for those in my house who aren't interested in changing. That will be my biggest hurdle, double groceries. At least he's happy eating leftover roast from the crockpot for a few days so I can broil some fish and steam some broccoli and brown rice. I printed the promise I posted yesterday and put it on the fridge so I can read it every morning before I reach for the cookie jar. I hung my size 10 jeans on the wall in my closet so I can remind myself that I will get this size 14 ass into them by Tax day. This I will do. I also am going to look around the county for nice hill to walk : )
